As a busy mother of four, I’ve struggled with my weight just like everyone else. In fact, I probably hold the world record for un-tagging myself in a photo faster than the speed of light. I realized it was time to get serious about my health and looked for a solution that wouldn’t require hours at the gym – hello Keto!
through strict keto dieting I was able to lose over 90 pounds in just seven months. I never stepped foot in a gym, I didn’t run a single mile. Instead, I focused on my macros and stuck to it. Keto may not be for everyone, but it worked for me – I hope it works for you, too.
I created boca loca keto butter after trying just about every keto food option out there and getting sick of it. Jerky? check. Pickles? Yep. Dried fish skin? Sadly, yes. What happened to food that actually tasted good? What happened to chocolate??
Boca Loca was a quick and easy way to satisfy my chocolate cravings while keeping my ketones high and my blood sugar low. It turned out good, really good. When my kids and husband loved it, too, I knew it was something I wanted to share with all of the busy ladies out there struggling just like I was.
